As I have probably mentioned before the reason I love film photography is that you never know how the image has been translated on the film until you have it developed. 

This is one of those shots that encourages me to keep taking film photos.

Ducks

There is nothing more relaxing then sitting by the river and watching the ducks paddle past. I am also liking the differences in the colour of these shots, they were all taken with the same film but the results varied.

As long as the sun is shining...

It is photos like these that make me miss sunny days. This particular day was a snippet of how Melbourne transforms in the warmer weather. I am definitely looking forward to Spring.

Here are some more photos Crossbird film.  I also really like the above lyrics it comes from The Jezabels new song, Endless Summer. I am really loving this group at the moment. If you haven't heard about them I highly recommend you check out their music. I am looking forward to their album in September.

Cross Birds

These are the first photos I wanted to share with you from my first attempt at cross processing. I think the first shot is by far my favourite from the roll. 

Overall I am pretty happy with the results. In case you were interested the film I used was Rollei Creative Edition Crossbird.
